Food Challenges

So, I got this idea from another blog. Chelsie made a CrushED Food Challenge for herself and I thought it would be a great way to help me with my ED recovery, too! The first eleven I took from her list, but the rest I came up with. It's kind of scary thinking that I'm going to be doing these things... I have until September 20, 2013 to get them done (plenty of time) and a great support system, so I know I can do it :)

1. A cupcake a month for one year
    October
2. One week veggies every meal
3. Starbucks peppermint hot chocolate
4. Starbucks pumpkin latte (9/26/2012)
5. Pick a sugary cereal and finish the box within the week. Cookie Crisp (9/25-10/1/2012)
6. One week chocolate every day
7. One week with no repeating meals
8. Eat a resteraunt veggie burge with the bun
9. Make and enjoy homemade cinnamon rolls or monkey bread
10. Eat a resteraunt pasta dish
11. Eat reseraunt fries
12. Make "slutty brownies" (layers of cookie dough, oreos, and brownie mix)
13. Eat fruit everyday for a week (NOT just apples and bananas)
14. Go one week without counting calories, carbs, and sugars
15. Go one week full vegan
16. Eat a giant bowl of fro yo for a meal (with lots of toppings!)
17. Make and enjoy s'mores
18. Eat dessert for breakfast
19. Make a pasta dish (9/28/2012)
20. Order something from a fast food place
21. Eat Amy's Mac & Cheese (10/22/12 and 10/31/12)
22. Go one day without measuring my food
23. Eat a candy I normally wouldn't
24. Using recipes from my cookbooks, make a full dinner one night a month for a year
      September
25. Try a new food without checking the nutritional label first
26. Make a peanut butter jar last a full month (I usually finish them within a week!)
27. Eat and enjoy a snack cake
28. Eat ice cream from a half gallon without measuring it
29. Eat a bagel with cream cheese (GF Bagel w/o Cream Cheese)
30. Make homemade "twinkies"
